Blackrock was informed on 17 November 2006 that the Managing Director of the Company, Mr Robert Knox, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 17 November 2006 at a price of Stg £0.265 per share.

Following the above acquisition Mr. Knox's total holding is 151,168 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital.
